You will be receiving a letter in the mail in the next week or two (from BSI) asking you to complete this survey. If you have a sprinkler system at home, you must have a backflow device installed and you are required to have an annual inspection/test done by a certified plumber. BSI keeps track of who has backflow devices in town, sends out reminders for inspections and logs the annual inspections into an online portal that the Village can then access at any time.
